The Neuroscience
Mental load can be alleviated by creating new habits

The prefrontal cortex is the part of your brain where decisions are made and mental load resides. It can only handle so much at any given time. But we can alleviate the pressure on this area by making decisions more automatic (i.e., create new habits that don’t require you to think as much). This is because habits are stored in a different part of your brain – the basal ganglia. Once something becomes a habit, your prefrontal cortex can quiet itself and focus on more important things.

Sapna began her career in the corporate world. Her background in law, business, cognitive psychology, and statistics made that an obvious choice. But there was a side of Sapna that was laying dormant. She was a disrupter. And she found herself more passionate about creating new productivity hacks / improving workplace culture instead of doing her actual work. So she set out on a new path – one where she could combine her education, work experience, and passion. And with that, Hello Duetto was born.

Outside of work, Sapna can be found biking around Chicago, reading in the park, playing with her dog, or taking a nap.

Where is Hello Duetto based?

Currently, we operate out of Chicago and work with Chicago-based individuals & companies. 

How long is each one-on-one session / episode write-up?

90 minutes will be blocked off for each individual session (though episodes may vary in length depending on which strategy is being taught and your specific needs). 

How do I schedule a session / episode write-up?

Strategy sessions can be booked through Hello Duetto’s ScheduleOnce page, and you will receive a link to it after you sign up for a season. 

Do we meet virtually or in-person?

We will meet virtually, and a video conferencing link will be included on your calendar invite when you schedule your call. 

How often do we meet?

Our advice is to book sessions / episode write-ups one to two weeks apart to give yourself enough time to work through and refine a new strategy and accommodate any unexpected work/life situations. Having said that, you always have the option to book at your own convenience and preferred pace.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of these strategy sessions, there are no refunds. 

What happens after the 10 sessions / episodes are over? Are there still ways we can work together so I can keep leveling up?

Great question! Yes – we would put your show on syndication (i.e., offer on-going sessions), and we can discuss what option makes the most sense for you after your 10-week session is up.
